Appointment & Timing

For your convenience, City Life Polyclinic and Diagnostic Centre is open from 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are also open on Sundays, from 8 AM to 2 PM.

To book a doctor consultation, you can either call us at 9674757021, 9674757022, or 6291496076, or schedule an appointment online through our website, https://citylifepolyclinic.com, by registering or logging in with your contact number.

While booking appointments, you are provided with slot number and timing. Please arrive at least 15 min before your slot timing and patiently wait for your turn. If you miss your turn (slot number), then you will have to wait until the last appointment slot.

Doctors always strive their best to be on time for the scheduled appointments. However, they are also busy providing medical needs and attending medical emergencies. So, patients are advised to visit the clinic for their appointments with additional waiting time, keeping in mind the unforeseen delays and circumstances.

Doctors are available only until they have completed the scheduled appointments for the day.

No, doctors won’t wait for additional time. They are only available at the clinic until the last scheduled appointment for the day. You can follow the next question if in a similar situation like this.

If you have booked your appointment in person or over the phone, then immediately contact our reception for further assistance.

Login to our booking portal using your registered number, select the booking confirmation and choose “reschedule” for rescheduling your slot to another available date or time or choose “cancel” for cancelling the appointment.


Services & Timing


The X-Ray facility is open from Monday to Saturday from 8 AM until 9 PM, and only on Sunday from 8 AM until 1 PM.

The ECG tests are done from Monday to Saturday from 8 AM until 9 PM, and only on Sunday from 8 AM until 1 PM.

ECHO tests are conducted on Monday from 1:30 PM, on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 2:30 PM, and on Wednesday, Friday from 6 PM.

Advance booking is required for Holter monitoring, after which an appointment slot will be assigned.

TMTs are conducted on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 PM.

Ultrasound (USG) services are available from 9 AM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and from 4:30 PM on Tuesday and Saturday.

The Citylife Dental Clinic is open Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 12 PM and again from 6 PM onwards. For further information or to schedule an appointment with our dentists, please contact us at 9123865255.

Different services provided at the Citylife Chest Clinic operate at different hours.


For example, FeNO and PFT tests executed on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM, whereas Skin Prick tests are done once a month on the last Tuesday of each month.

Accessibility & Assistance


Yes, we do have elevator (lift) service available for easy access of wheelchairs, walkers and patient with mobility difficulties.

Yes, we have wheelchairs available for patients with mobility difficulties. Please contact the security at the front gate or reception desk for further information.

No, unfortunately our elevator (lift) cannot accommodate stretcher for transporting patients. However, we do have availability of wheelchair, via which the patient can be transferred to the consultation room.

Apologies, we do not provide ward boys or helpers to assist patients. We kindly advise that each patient be accompanied by a family member or a responsible guardian during their visit to our clinic.


Diagnostics & Reports


Our trained phlebotomist is available to collect your blood sample at the clinic from 8 AM until 5 PM.

Yes, we offer home collection services for blood samples for diagnostic tests booked at our clinic. A trained phlebotomist will assist with the collection. Please contact the reception desk for more details.

No, we do not offer home collection for urine and stool samples. They must be submitted in person at the clinic between 8 AM and 2 PM.

No, test reports must be collected in person at the clinic reception. They are available for pick-up from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM for same-day delivery, or after 10:00 AM the following day.

We are actively working to make the test reports available online on our website. Kindly wait a little longer.

As each doctor has their own requirements for reviewing prescribed test reports, we kindly ask you to reach out to our reception for additional guidance.

Yes, we offer infant and child vaccinations, as well as adult vaccines to protect against seasonal illnesses like the flu and serious conditions such as cervical cancer. However, we do require a prescription for the vaccines from the relevant doctor.


Payment & Fees


Yes, we do accept online payment for doctors’ consultation fees. Now, you can book appointments for available doctor directly through our website and pay online.

During your visit to our clinic, an additional ₹50 service fee is charged. This fee helps fund the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring we can continue to provide you with the best quality of service.
